In this scan, there is a diffuse parenchymal abnormality with architectural distortion, traction bronchiectasis, and fibrosis. However, the subpleura is relatively normal in this case, and this patient’s disease has a central, bronchovascular distribution, which is the hallmark feature of NSIP fibrosis.
