This video shows a full high-resolution sagittal reconstruction of the lungs. Sagittal reconstructions are most useful for evaluating the peripheral vs central distribution of disease and the extent of disease in the upper and lower portions of the lung. Next we will review common features of ILD as seen on HRCT.
