Looking at the clinical course for this patient, he later developed inflamed joints, especially in the mornings, and his aCCP was elevated. He was referred to a rheumatologist and, indeed, was diagnosed with RA. So, by definition, this cannot be idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; it is rheumatoid arthritis-associated ILD.
